As a REALTOR® serving Southern Illinois AND Western Kentucky, I have developed a reputation for successfully guiding clients in the purchase of their dream home. I began my career with Farmer & Company Real Estate in 2006 when I was hired as the Adminstrative Assistant. I became a licensed REALTOR in 2019 and in 2025 I became the owner and designated managing broker. This experience has given me a vast knowledge of the ins and outs of buying and selling real estate, market trends and the ability to offer the highest quality guidance to home buyers and sellers.
My husband farms row crops, hay and straw with his family. This gives me unique perspectives on land values to help others invest in real estate and earn maximum profitability.
I am actively involved in various community organizations including the Metropolis Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club of Metropolis and Psi Eta Sorority. I also serve on the Egyptian Board of Realtors board of directors and sit on various committees.

Stewart has been a licensed Illinois agent with Farmer & Company Real Estate since 2003. In 2014 he became the Managing Broker/Owner and also received his Kentucky License. In June of 2025 he sold the business but is still licensed as Managing Broker in IL and a broker in KY with Farmer & Company Real Estate.

Stewart resides in Massac County with his wife Kelly. He and his family are members of Twelve Oaks Baptist Church where he has various roles. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing in tournaments.
Luke joined Farmer & Company Real Estate in 2006 and has been a licensed real estate agent in Illinois since 2001. He graduated Massac County High School in 1993, Shawnee Community College in 1995 and Murray State University in 1998.
Luke resides in Paducah with his wife Sarah and their sons Landon and Lane who both are attending Murray State University. Luke is an avid sports fan, especially baseball.
Luke has renovated numerous properties in Metropolis throughout the years. After purchasing the former nursing home property, which sat vacant for years, Luke converted a portion of the building into climate controlled storage units, Lock & Leave Storage.

Gary lives at Lake of Egypt with his wife Brenda, where they have lived since 1993. They are members of West Monroe Apostolic Church in Herrin and have two children, Ryan and Ashley. Gary enjoys all sports but never misses a Packers game (Go Pack Go!). Having lived in Southern Illinois since the 1980s, he's the ideal agent if you're looking for a home in Southern Illinois, especially a lake home!
Allen has been with Farmer & Company Real Estate for 5 years now. He has two daughters, Keely and Karsyn. When he's not selling real estate or working at his full time job with Joyner Therapy Services, Allen enjoys spending time outside hunting, fishing, playing golf, running, boating and cycling, which is why he loves Southern Illinois so much because it is the best place to live if you enjoy these hobbies too!
Lorenzo has been helping clients navigate the real estate market since 2021, bringing a strong understanding of the Metropolis community and a genuine commitment to the people he serves.
As a local business owner who owns a car wash in town, Lorenzo offers clients a unique perspective on the community, local businesses, and what makes Metropolis a great place to call home. His firsthand experience as both a business owner and real estate professional allows him to provide valuable local insight throughout the buying or selling process.
Outside of real estate, Lorenzo enjoys spending time with his wife, Kim, and making memories with his grandkids. He’s also a passionate football fan. Whether he’s helping a family find their next home or connecting with people in the community, Lorenzo takes pride in being someone his clients can trust and count on.
Cole is a licensed real estate agent who has been helping clients navigate the buying and selling process since 2023. He has worked for Farmer and Company since 2019 as an Office Assistant.
A longtime resident of Metropolis, Cole lives with his wife, Kaleigh, who works in the Physical Therapy Department at Massac Memorial Hospital.
Cole is also the office’s go-to drone photographer. After earning his drone license in 2020, he began capturing aerial photography for Farmer and Company, giving properties an added perspective and helping listings stand out.
When he’s not working with clients or behind the drone controls, Cole enjoys spending his free time outdoors hunting and fishing. His love for the outdoors and his ties to the community make him proud to serve the area he calls home.
I grew up in Southern Illinois, spent time in the military in West Germany during the cold war era, then returned to Southern IL. I now live in Metropolis IL with my wife Kelly, chocolate lab, Chloe and several other pets. I have three grown daughters. I have spent the last 30 years in the medical field and at the present time work as an RN at Massac Memorial Hospital. My wife and I are members of World Harvest Church in Paducah KY. We enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren, fishing, boating and various outdoor activities.

Tekila Midkiff is a REALTOR® with Farmer & Company Real Estate, proudly serving Paducah and the surrounding communities of Western Kentucky. A lifelong resident of the region, she was born and raised in Lowes, Kentucky, and has called Paducah home for the past 26 years.
In addition to her real estate career, Tekila works full-time as a manager in the rent-to-own industry. Since 2022, she has also built her own real estate investment portfolio, which includes five single-family rental homes and a self-storage facility in Kevil, Kentucky. Her firsthand experience as an investor and landlord gives her a unique understanding of the opportunities and challenges that come with owning real estate.
