Our Dedicated Agents

Designated Managing Broker/Owner
As the Owner and Designated Managing Broker of Farmer & Company Real Estate, I am proud to lead with integrity, experience, and a passion for helping others. Over the past 18 years, I’ve grown within the agency—from Administrative Assistant to Licensed Broker/Sales Associate, and now into ownership. This journey has given me a deep understanding of our local market trends and equipped me to successfully guide clients through every step of the real estate process. Being a licensed REALTOR® in both Illinois and Kentucky allows me to bring a unique perspective to the real estate industry.
I am eager to learn more about how I can be a better REALTOR® for my clients, whether they are buyers or sellers. In 2024 I earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation and the At Home with Diversity designation from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). I earned the C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement from the NAR in 2020. In addition, I serve in leadership positions within the Egyptian Board of Realtors and the Paducah Board of Realtors. My degree in Agribusiness from Illinois State University (1996) and my involvement in our family’s farming operation—producing corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa—allow me to offer valuable insight into land values and investment potential.
Beyond real estate, I am passionate about giving back to the community that has given me so much. I am an active member in Psi Eta Sorority, President-Elect of the Metropolis Kiwanis Club, and on the Shawnee Community College Business Department Advisory Committee. I was recently appointed to the Massac-Metropolis Port Authority Board of Directors and am the new chairman of the Massac County Academic Awards Ceremony. I am a past board member of the Metropolis Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and served as Chair of the Membership Committee.
As a mother, wife, and community member, I understand the value of home—and I am dedicated to helping families find a place where memories are made. If you're thinking of buying or selling, or hear of someone who is, I’d be honored to help. You won’t be disappointed.
