Tiffany became a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker in 2019. But, you’re not getting an inexperienced broker when working with Tiffany. Tiffany has been the administrative assistant, with a focus on social media marketing for over eleven years at Farmer & Company Real Estate. A chance meeting at a 6 year old’s birthday party, led her to an interview with then agency owner, Scott Farmer. As the saying goes, the rest is history.
Tiffany is originally from Central Illinois, where she grew up on a row crop and beef cattle farm. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness from Illinois State University in 1996. In July, 2016, she was hired as the County Manager of the the Massac County Farm Bureau, which led her to meet her now husband, Daniel. Along with Daniel’s family, they farm almost 3000 acres of corn, soybeans, wheat and alfalfa in Massac County.
Tiffany is involved in many organizations in her community. She is a member of Psi Eta sorority and assists with the Christmas for Kids Toy Drive and the annual Cancer Survivor Breakfast. Tiffany is a past member of the Massac County Relay for Life committee and a former Wish Grantor with the Illinois Make A Wish Chapter. She has also been a parent volunteer with Massac County 4-H. She is an active member of the Massac County High School Athletic Boosters. Along with her husband and children, Logan & Larkin, Tiffany attends Community Christian Church in Metropolis.

She currently serves on the Membership Committee and is a past chairman of the Special Events Committee and helped organize the annual golf scramble as well as the 2017 Solar Eclipse celebration in Metropolis. Tiffany is one of four representatives from Farmer & Company Real Estate who is a corporate member of the Metropolis Rotary Chapter. This year she helped other Rotary members and staff of the University of Illinois Extension with cooking schools held at various elementary schools throughout Massac County.
While Tiffany may be a new licensed broker, she has worked behind the scenes for years assisting other brokers in the agency to list and sell homes and properties. She especially enjoys her responsibility of managing the social media marketing for Farmer & Company Real Estate and will continue these duties, while also being a licensed broker. Her agriculture background provides her with firsthand knowledge of land prices, whether farmland, hunting property or just vacant land, making her the ideal broker to turn to when selling or buying land.
Tiffany spends most of her free time cheering on her children at their respective baseball, softball, basketball and volleyball games. She is a big supporter of the Massac County Patriots & Lady Patriots athletic programs, as well as the Nashville Knights baseball organization and the Illinois Force softball organization. Tiffany manages the Massac County High School baseball & softball concession stand. Our growth and market share says it all. We are currently ranked the #1 Real Estate agency south of Effingham, Illinois based on the number of properties we have sold.
Since 2002 we have known the only thing that truly counts when all is said and done is a sold sign and our client’s happiness. We offer the very best marketing techniques in the business for our clients and offer the greatest marketing tools for our Agents.
You’ve probably heard the saying “presentation is everything”. Almost 95% of the marketplace will make a decision either favorably or unfavorably based simply on what information is available via copy and photos of your property. All this before they even make an appointment to see it. In this day and age, it is imperative that you hire a company who is committed and well trained on how to present your home properly. Your home must look better than all others in order to catch the Buyer’s eye. When you choose Farmer and Company Real Estate to professionally market your home, you hire a staff of experts who know how to expose your property to the masses.
The most common statement from our customers is that they see us everywhere! We have always believed that past performance is a true measure of future results. The simple fact that our signs are everywhere is a true testament to what we have already accomplished. Despite our past success, we never stop looking for new and innovative ways to market our client’s homes. Our homes are on the internet on countless websites, magazines, newspapers as well as in direct mailings & fliers and with relocation agencies and the Multiple Listing Services. The changes in internet technology are happening so fast that unless you are on the cutting edge of technology you will fall hopelessly behind. We have made a commitment to technology and will always be on the cutting edge.
Our Agents are highly trained elite sales people that are hand picked by management. The Agent must be committed to quality service and be ready to deliver it every time without fail. We set the bar high and we would have it no other way. Our Agents are some of the highest producing Agents in the market.
We spend considerable money on marketing property. This is an incredibly important concept. People often think national companies have more money to spend on your home. In fact, the opposite is true. They have huge overhead, and often indulge in self-serving sporadically placed national television campaigns that promote the company and not your home. At Farmer and Company Real Estate, we choose to use our marketing dollars on promoting our properties and not our company. So, who has the biggest budget when it comes to selling your personal property? We do, and we always will.
At Farmer and Company Real Estate, your Agent is in charge of your home. That means he or she will operate with all the tools we have to offer. They will be in control of all marketing decisions and be accountable to you. This is crucial. Your agent is empowered to make all decisions and to work closely with you to ensure you are a satisfied customer. If you have problems or suggestions, simply tell the Agent, and he or she can make it happen.
When one of our agents lists your property, he or she will be your Sellers agent and all loyalty and efforts will be made on your behalf. The Agent essentially becomes your real estate advocate. When you are a Buyer, the Agent is your Buyers Agent with all the same loyalties. We will never allow any type of conflict of interest to occur. Complete representation from start to finish is our promise to you.
We are currently ranked the
#1 Real Estate Agency South of Effingham, Illinois
based on the number of properties we have sold.
