Stewart became the managing broker/owner of Farmer & Company Real Estate in 2014 and is a licensed broker in both Illinois & Kentucky. He has been an agent with Farmer & Company Real Estate since 2003. In 2016, Stewart sold 72 units totaling $6.5 million in sales.

Kerry is a lifelong resident of Metropolis, IL. Kerry was employed in the banking industry for 14 years, 11 of which she worked in real estate and commercial lending. She also has an Associate’s degree from Shawnee Community College and currently works in the finance industry as well as being a real estate agent. Kerry became a licensed realtor in 2009 and joined Farmer & Company in 2012.

Kerry resides in Metropolis with her husband Brian and daughter Karly. Together they enjoy supporting the Massac County Patriots and attending the games in which Karly cheers. They also attend Community Christian church. Kerry enjoys the walking, hiking and going to the beach.

Becky Hawes has lived in Metropolis since 1983. Her husband, Doug, is also a Metropolis native. She has three children: Izzy, Luther and Wilson. Becky enjoys watching her children play soccer and swim with Paducah Swim Team. Together the family enjoys riding bikes, hiking and golfing.

Becky is a former 3rd grade school teacher. She graduated from Massac County High School, has a Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and a Master’s degree from Murray State University. She completed her studies in real estate in December of 2014 and became a member of the Egyptian Board of Realtors in January 2015.
